We’ve cooked up a three-course menu inspired by the sun-drenched South of France, shaken up free-flowing drinks that won’t let you leave early, and set the scene with a view straight out of the Côte d’Azur. The Arabian Sea sparkles, the Dubai Eye winks — sounds like the perfect backdrop for a brunch that turns into a party…
